WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- Office of Investment Security has issued a proposed rule called: Request for Information Pertaining to the CFIUS Known Investor Program and Streamlining the Foreign Investment Review Process.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 9 by Christopher Pilkerton, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Investment Security.
