WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a rule called: Publication of Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations and Ukraine-/Russia-Related Sanctions Regulations Web General License 125.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 12 by Bradley T. Smith, Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control.
