WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a rule called: Publication of Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations and Illicit Drug Trade Sanctions Regulations Web General License 35.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Bradley T. Smith, Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control.
