WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a rule called: Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 26 by Bradley T. Smith, Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury.

Summary: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is indefinitely suspending five general licenses issued pursuant to the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations to align with changes in the foreign policy of the United States towards Iran.
