WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a rule called: Open Fires in Marine Terminals.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 28 by David Keeling, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.

Summary: OSHA is finalizing the revocation of the agency's Open Fires in Marine Terminals Standard.
