WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a proposed rule called: 1, 2-Dibromo-3-Chloropropane.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by David Keeling, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.

Summary: OSHA is providing an additional comment period to allow interested persons to comment on OSHA's proposal to revise the 1, 2-dibromo-3-chloropropane standard. Following consideration of the rulemaking by OSHA's Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health (ACCSH), OSHA is re-opening the record for this rulemaking to provide an additional 30 days for public comment.
