OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: TUV SUD AMERICA, INC.: APPLICATION FOR EXPANSION OF RECOGNITION AND PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE NRTL PROGRAM'S LIST OF APPROPRIATE TEST STANDARDS

WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a notice called: TUV SUD America, Inc.: Application for Expansion of Recognition and Proposed Modification to the NRTL Program's List of Appropriate Test Standards.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Amanda Laihow, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.
