WASHINGTON, March 30 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a notice called: Regulations Containing Procedures for the Handling of Retaliation Complaints; Extension of the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) Approval of Information Collection (Paperwork) Requirements.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 30 by Amanda Laihow, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.
