WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a notice called: Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding With the Department of Energy (August 28, 1992); Transfers of Regulatory Authority at Certain Privatized Facilities and Operations at the Idaho National Laboratory Site, Hanford Site, Nevada National Security Site and Savannah River Site.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 17 by David Keeling, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.
