WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: Revising the Duration of Design Certifications.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 26 by Araceli Billoch Colon, Chief, Regulatory Analysis and Rulemaking Support Branch, Division of Rulemaking, Environmental, and Financial Support Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
