The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 27 by Krupskaya Castellon, Acting Chief, Regulatory Analysis and Rulemaking Support Branch, Division of Rulemaking, Environmental, and Financial Support, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
