WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: TN Americas LLC, NUHOMS(R) EOS Dry Spent Fuel Storage System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1042, Amendment No. 5.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 28 by Michael King, Executive Director for Operations.
