WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: Holtec International HI-STORM Flood/Wind System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1032, Amendment No. 10.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 23 by David Curtis, Acting Executive Director for Operations.
