NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: APPROVAL OF THE 2023 EDITION OF THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL CODE AND CODE CASES, REVISION 41

WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Approval of the 2023 Edition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and Code Cases, Revision 41.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 27 by Jeremy Groom, Acting Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
