The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Yoira Diaz-Sanabria, Chief, Storage Transportation and Microreactors Licensing Branch, Division of Spent Fuel Storage and Transportation, Office of Nuclear Material Safety, and Safeguards.
