NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: POLICY STATEMENT ON MANDATORY HEARINGS FOR REACTOR LICENSING

WASHINGTON, June 8 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Policy Statement on Mandatory Hearings for Reactor Licensing.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 8 by Carrie Safford, Secretary of the Commission.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing a policy statement entitled "Policy Statement on Mandatory Hearings for Reactor Licensing."
