NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: SCHEDULING INFORMATION FOR THE LICENSING OF ACCIDENT TOLERANT, HIGHER BURNUP, AND INCREASED ENRICHMENT FUELS

WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Scheduling Information for the Licensing of Accident Tolerant, Higher Burnup, and Increased Enrichment Fuels.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 10 by Heather Dempsey, NRC Acting Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invites public comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information. The information collection is entitled, "Scheduling Information for the Licensing of Accident Tolerant, Higher Burnup, and Increased Enrichment Fuels."
