WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: NRC Online Form, Request for Alternative.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 29 by David Cullison, NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.
