NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: NRC FORM 646, FORMAL DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT AND NRC FORM 655, EEO COUNSELOR'S REPORT

WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: NRC Form 646, Formal Discrimination Complaint and NRC Form 655, EEO Counselor's Report.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 13 by Heather Dempsey, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
