NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: COOPERATION WITH STATES AT COMMERCIAL NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS AND OTHER NUCLEAR PRODUCTION AND UTILIZATION FACILITIES

WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Cooperation With States at Commercial Nuclear Power Plants and Other Nuclear Production and Utilization Facilities.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 16 by Heather Dempsey, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, "Cooperation With States at Commercial Nuclear Power Plants and Other Nuclear Production and Utilization Facilities."
