WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: In the Matter of Blue Energy, Inc.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 17 by Kevin Williams, Acting Director, Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response.
