NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: CONSTELLATION ENERGY GENERATION, LLC; DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3; FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT

WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Constellation Energy Generation, LLC; Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3; Final Environmental Impact Statement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 12 by Jacob Zimmerman, Acting Director, Division of Rulemaking, Environmental, and Financial Support, Office of Nuclear Material Safety, and Safeguards.
