Description: Phase 1 Of The Project Will Consist Of The Construction Of A Two Lane Access Road And Three Parking Lots. Access Road And Parking Lots Shall Be Graded And Stoned With Abc. Contractor Shall Be Substantially Complete On Or Before Within 180 Days From The Notice To Proceed (ntp) And With Final Completion Within 194 Days From Ntp. Contractor Shall Grade And Stone The Road To The Boat Launch Within 70 Days From The Ntp.
