Description: The Work Shall Consist Of Extension Of Existing Campus Infrastructure Including Private Water And Sewer Distribution System Extensions And A Private Road Extension To Serve The Expansion Of The South End Of The North Campus. The Prime Contractor Shall Hire Owner Approved Sub-contractors To Provide All Necessary Support Work In Order To Provide Turnkey Installation, Without Additional Funding By The Owner.
