Description: The Purpose Of This Invitation For Bid (ifb) Is To Obtain Pricing And Award A Contract To A Qualified Vendor To Furnish And Deliver Twenty (20) U-tube Wheelset Assemblies To The North Carolina Department Of Transportation (ncdot) Rail Division. The U-tube Wheelset Assemblies Will Be Used With D87btr Traction Motors On F59ph And F59phi Locomotives. These Wheelsets Shall Be Compatible With Existing Fleet Equipment.
