Description: The Project Consists Generally Of The Following Major Items:
1. Excavation Of Exiting Grounds For Installation Of New Through Wall Flashings And Weep System.
2. Reinstall The Brick Veneer, Replacing Any Broken Units To Match, With Surface Mounted Counter-flashing And New Weeps Every 36" On Center.
3. At The Exterior Ductwork Penetrations, Remove The Existing Brick Veneer Directly Above The Penetrations And Install Properly Detailed Through-wall Flashings With End Dams. Reinstall The Brick Veneer With Weeps 24" On Center.
