MOBILE, AL - Two non-citizens were arrested and charged today with unlawfully voting in federal elections. Staciann Pollion Davis and Silvia Delgado Phelps appeared before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Mobile following their arrests on federal charges of voting as an alien.
According to the criminal complaints:
* Jamaican national Staciann Pollion Davis, 42, a lawful permanent resident, was charged by criminal complaint with voting as an alien. Davis allegedly voted in the November 2024 general election in Clarke County, Alabama, despite not being a United States citizen.
