News Center Maine featured Jonathan Rubin, director of the Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center and professor of economics at the University of Maine, on how rising diesel prices are affecting Maine truck drivers. "All the goods that we deliver to grocery stores and Home Depot - those deliveries all use diesel," said Rubin. "So, diesel prices get tracked right through to the goods we use every day."
