Today, Congressman Greg Casar (D-Texas) announced a $1 million federal investment into the National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB) to build a new headquarters in San Antonio's Historic Market Square.
The $1 million in federal funds secured by Casar will be used to renovate a historic site into a community-centered headquarters, expanding services, nonprofit and community space, and economic development. This investment will allow NALCAB to expand support for member organizations, including those who invest in affordable housing and small business growth.
