LEXINGTON, Ky., Aug. 12 -- The University of Kentucky issued the following news release:
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug.12, 2026)-The newly expanded Sports Center Garage (PS #7) is opening Wednesday, Aug. 12, providing an additional 1,200 new parking spaces on South Campus.
The garage is located at the corner of Complex and Sports Center drives and has been closed over the last two summers (2025 and 2026) to enable contractors to work freely throughout the structure. This ensured that the work was completed prior to the start of the Fall 2026 semester.
