NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA -United States Attorney David I. Courcelle announced that on July 24, 2026, a federal grand jury indictedTINO PIERRE,("PIERRE"), age 25, of New Orleans, for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(8).

According to the indictment, on or about April 8, 2026, in the Eastern District of Louisiana, PIERRE, knowing that he had been previously convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, was found in possession of a firearm.
