NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: NOTICE OF INVENTORY COMPLETION: NILES HISTORY CENTER, NILES, MI

WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Inventory Completion: Niles History Center, Niles, MI.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 16 by Melanie O'Brien, Manager, National NAGPRA Program.

Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Niles History Center (formerly the Fort St. Joseph Historical Association) has completed an inventory of associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice.
