NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: NOTIFICATION OF COMPARABILITY FINDINGS FOR NEW CALEDONIA, GRENADA, AND IRELAND UNDER THE IMPORT PROVISIONS OF THE MARINE MAMMAL PROTECTION ACT

WASHINGTON, March 16 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Notification of Comparability Findings for New Caledonia, Grenada, and Ireland Under the Import Provisions of the Marine Mammal Protection Act.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 16 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
