WASHINGTON, March 9 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Provisions; Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Northeast Multispecies Fishery; Framework Adjustment 69.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 9 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
