WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Summer Flounder Fishery; Quota Transfer From North Carolina to New York.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
