WASHINGTON, June 15 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Northeast Skate Complex; 2026 and Projected 2027 and 2028 Specifications.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 15 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
