WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Atlantic Bluefish Fishery; Quota Transfer From Massachusetts to North Carolina.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
