WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; 2025-2026 Specifications for the Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Management Plan.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 23 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
