WASHINGTON, March 25 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; Reporting for Federally Permitted Charter Vessels and Headboats in Gulf of America Fisheries; Court Decision.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 25 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
