WASHINGTON, March 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; Fishery Management Plans of St. Croix and St. Thomas and St. John; Queen Triggerfish Management Measures.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 18 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
