WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; 2026 Commercial Closure for the Scamp and Yellowmouth Grouper Complex in the South Atlantic.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Shannon Bettridge, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
