WASHINGTON, March 4 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Spatial Fisheries Management; Amendment 15 to the 2006 Consolidated Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 4 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
