WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; North Atlantic Swordfish, South Atlantic Swordfish, North Atlantic Albacore, and Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Quotas.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 19 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
