NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: REEF FISH FISHERY OF THE GULF OF AMERICA; AMENDMENT 58B

WASHINGTON, March 3 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Reef Fish Fishery of the Gulf of America; Amendment 58B.
