WASHINGTON, May 1 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Pacific Island Fisheries; Catch and Retention Limits for Striped Marlin in the Western and Central Pacific Ocean North of the Equator.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 1 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
