WASHINGTON, April 23 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Pacific Island Fisheries; Annual Catch Limit and Accountability Measures for Guam Bottomfish Management Unit Species.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 23 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: NMFS proposes to modify the annual catch limit (ACL) and accountability measures (AM) for Mariana bottomfish management unit species (MUS) in Guam.
