WASHINGTON, March 25 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Pacific Halibut Fisheries of the West Coast; 2026 Catch Sharing Plan and Recreational Fishery Management Measures.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 25 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
