NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: MAGNUSON-STEVENS ACT PROVISIONS; FISHERIES OFF WEST COAST STATES; PACIFIC COAST GROUNDFISH FISHERY; PACIFIC COAST GROUNDFISH FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN; AMENDMENT 38; 2027-28 BIENNIAL SPECIFICATIONS AND MANAGEMENT MEASURES

WASHINGTON, July 21 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fisheries Off West Coast States; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan; Amendment 38; 2027-28 Biennial Specifications and Management Measures.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 21 by Shannon Bettridge, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
