WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries Off West Coast States; Coastal Pelagic Species Fisheries; Biennial Specifications; 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Specifications for Pacific Mackerel.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 25 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
