WASHINGTON, July 8 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Omnibus Management Flexibility Amendment to New England Fishery Management Council Fishery Management Plans.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 8 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
